These co-authors teach comparative culture studies involving China and the West. They give joint
lectures and work with teachers to develop and deliver comparative courses. Their sourcebook,
Western Civilization with Chinese Comparisons [WCwCC], now in its third edition, frames a
one-semester course.
Since 2010 they have served as President and Secretary-Treasurer of the International
Association for Comparative Study of China and the West [IACSCW]. The Association's website is
http://chinaandthewest.org. The next conference is planned for July 2013 at Peking University.
